These diets are primarily concerned with allowing you to experience healthy eating habits. These diets promote exercise along with better eating habits. Remember that cutting out whole food groups or cutting calories to dangerous levels will only create a reason to compel your body into starvation mode, while at the same time causing more harm than good to your metabolism and health in general.

Pellet quality was improved when a diet formulation containing increased inclusions of protein and moisture was manufactured using thin die and fast production rate.
