This can be done three to four times per week for the best effect.Avoid refined foods as part of your daily beauty routine. Refined foods take away most of the nutrients that would naturally be found in a food. Often times the good things are replaced by chemicals and fortifiers. Your overall health will vastly improve, not just your skin, nails, and hair. If one is trying to reduce the puffiness around their eyes they may want to try holding a cold spoon on the puffy areas. The cold can cause the puffiness to go away making ones face look more beautiful than it did with the puffy areas that were on it. For shiny, colorful, rich, beautiful hair, it’s important to wash your hair regularly with a good, low-oil shampoo. This is the only way to effectively prevent dandruff and other hair-related ailments. Make sure to also rinse your hair out weekly with apple cider vinegar to wash away chemicals from shampoo.If you suffer from chronic, dry skin, you may want to see a dermatologist and get a microdermabrasion facial peel. Microdermabrasions are able to improve skin’s functioning and appearance in a very short amount of time. One treatment will help your skin to feel smoother and will improve your skin’s elasticity. Although one treatment helps, for the best results you should schedule at least 6 treatments. Exfoliating your body prior to applying tanning lotion or spending time in a tanning bed will extend the life of your tan! Since skin sheds, it’s best to do as much of it as possible before getting that great tan so you can keep the glorious glow even longer! Any natural exfoliant applied a day or two before tanning will do! Lightly spray your face with a hydrating mist to make your makeup last longer. The mist will help set your makeup, keep it looking fresh and give you that just done makeup look for hours. This is great for keeping your makeup in place for those long days at work or nights out with friends.Bump up your hair color. If you have dyed your hair and the results aren’t as dramatic as you like you can fix this by adding a box of hair coloring to your shampoo. Lather it into your hair and let it set for 5 minutes, then rinse it out.
